Choral Extravaganza – Some of our Year 5 pupils have been given the opportunity to take part in this year’s Choral Extravaganza at Avon Valley School this Wednesday and Thursday evening. The evening will consist of various school choirs and instrumental recitals.
Intercultural Festival – Ten Year 2 pupils have been invited to participate in various workshops at the Intercultural Festival on Thursday at Avon Valley School.
Town Athletics Championships – This takes place on Saturday 4th July at the Rugby Athletics Track by the Ken Marriott Sports Centre. Good luck to all the children who will be representing Paddox Primary, having won their neighbourhood heats.
Music Assembly – Parents are invited to our music assembly on Wednesday 9th July, at 9.10 a.m. to hear the children play who have been having music tuition during the last year.
Leavers Assembly – This will take place on Tuesday 15th July at 9.15. Year 6 parents are invited to come along and watch.
Sports Days – Key Stage 1 sports day will be at 9.30 a.m. on Monday 14th July on the Oak site field.
Key Stage 2 will be at 1.30 p.m. on the same day.
Parents are welcome to come along and watch. Due to our new style dining tables, it does mean that we no longer have moveable chairs that we are able to take outside. Therefore if you wish to sit to watch the sports day, could you please bring a small lightweight picnic style chair.
Lost Property – There is a huge amount of lost property once again on both sites. If your child has lost anything please check the lost property before Friday 11th July. After this date it will be sold at the summer fete and then unsold items will be thrown away. There are odd pumps, all sorts of PE wear, outdoor coats, shoes, as well as the usual un-named sweatshirts.
