FOPS – FOPS next meeting will be on Tuesday 9th March at 8.00 p.m. at the Paddox Pub. At this meeting the summer fete will be discussed and a date will be set. Please go along if you would like to help raise funds for the school.
Parent Teacher Interviews Letters have been sent out for either Tuesday 23rd March or Thursday 25th March. Please make sure that you return your form by Friday 5th March to enable the teachers to allocate appointments. Mrs Semmence will also be available on the Tuesday to talk to the parents of the Year 5 children who work with her.
A lot of pupils are arriving late in the mornings. Can I please remind parents that school starts at 8.55 a.m. and ALL children should be in the playground in good time.
Year 3 are going to Rugby School on Thursday. They will be taking part in various activities including music, ICT and sports.
Sports – Good luck to the Indoor Athletics Team and the High 5 Netball Team who are taking part in tournaments next week.
The New Building is progressing well. The roof is on and we are still on target for opening in September.
11+ Results have just been announced. Well done to the 20 children who have been offered places at the grammar school of their choice.
We have an OFSTED inspection on Thursday and Friday of this week. Please support the school by completing the parents questionnaire which will be sent out on Wednesday. Please complete one for each child.
