This week, we have been planning, drafting and writing our own Greek myths. The children have come up with brilliant stories using ideas and language from the myths we have read this half term. We have been focussing on using descriptive language to improve our writing.

In science, we have been investigating electricity and planning our own lines of enquiry. The children came up with some really creative experiments to find out how the number of cells affects the brightness of bulbs and the volume of motors.

The children have worked really hard this half term and have made a great start to Year 6. We hope you have a well-deserved rest over half term because it's not long until Christmas!!!
