A week of fantastic fractions! This week we have been learning all about fractions of shapes and fractions of amounts! The children have worked so hard at this and have really succeeded! It can be quite a tricky concept but they have risen to the challenge well.

On Wednesday the children participated in the school intra-sports competition. They took part in a range of relay races, cross county and multi skills. We saw some excellent sportsmanship and team work which was excellent to see! Thank you to all those parents who sent their children in with the correct winter PE uniform so they were warm and could participate properly in the activities.

Don’t forget, next week it’s open book afternoon on Monday from 2.30pm.
