We had a wonderful afternoon listening to Vashti talking about her book series which starts with Brightstorm, a sky-ship adventure. 
She spoke about how we can do anything/be anything we want and that using our imagination is an important tool! 
She also gave us some top tips for improving writing, which included channelling your interests; reading non-fiction and watching programmes; and collecting images.

We all had a wonderfully inspiring afternoon!
