This week we have been looking at the text 'River Story' by Meredith Hooper. We have learnt how to use adjectives and similes to make our writing more exciting for the reader. We have also started to look at the different rivers of the UK.

In maths we have worked really hard to subtract either using a number line or by using column subtraction. In science, we finished our investigation to see what plants needs to grow. We were surprised that the cress in the cupboard grew but turned yellow!
