First of all, thank you to those of you who sent learning diaries in promptly, it really helps our TAs out when totting up all those hours!

This week we completed our 3D hot air balloons and wrote our letters to aliens on them. They have created a fantastic display on the Year 2 staircase, which you can see in the picture above.

In Numeracy this week we’ve been learning all about symmetry, focusing on the vertical line. We’ve created our own symmetrical patterns and thought about which shapes are symmetrical.
