Today in school we have been celebrating National Poetry Day. We looked at James Carter's poem, 'Which Wild One?' and thought about which creature we would be. We considered the way they move, what they look like and their characteristics. 

The theme of this year's poetry day is 'choice' so the children were then allowed to create their own poem using whatever features/structure they wanted.
