First of all, a big thanks to everyone who was able to make it to Come and Learn last week – the children really enjoyed having you in the classroom.

We’ve started a new book this week, “The Great Balloon Hullaballoo” by Peter Bentley and Mei Matsuoka. It’s all about Simon the squirrel who goes shopping on Mars! We’ve started to use commas in a list and continued focusing on exclamation sentences – which we’re getting really good at!

In Numeracy we’ve been looking at multiplication and all the different ways you can multiply. We investigated repeated addition and arrays, which you can see in Reuben’s picture above.
