We have had a very busy week with World Book Day and Mother's Day. On Wednesday, we went to church for our Mother's Day service, where we took cards (hopefully you were able to translate your French message!!) and did some brilliant singing. On Thursday, it was World Book Day. There were some fantastic costumes and the children wrote  brilliant cautionary poems based on "Jim" by Belloc Hillaire. These ranged from 'what might happen if you're not kind to your friends', 'what might happen if you don't look after your pet' and 'what might happen if you play too many video games'.
