A very warm welcome from all members of our community to our school, this website gives you a brief insight into life at Paddox Primary, but we would welcome the opportunity to share our school with you in person. If you would like to visit please do not hesitate to contact the office staff and they will be happy to make the necessary arrangements (contact details can be found in the 'Contact Us' section of the website).
Children, as well as adults, achieve their best when they are happy and safe, so this is where we focus our attention, to ensure all members of our community flourish. We do this by ensuring learning is fun, being consistent and predictable in our approaches, providing opportunities for any of our community to share their worries and striving for aspirational academic success.
Although we are a large 3 form entry primary school with a specialist Resource Provision for 10 pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health as their primary area of need, we create a sense of belonging, so that it feels like a family, where we nurture and develop each young person. All staff are trained in our therapeutic approach to behaviour management, which leads to consistent high levels of behaviour.
At Paddox we want the pupils to leave as well-rounded young people with a growth mind- set that anything is possible, we believe we achieve this every day for our whole school community.
